I became a qualified Chef at Westminster College, London (same as Jamie Oliver!!). My passion for cooking great food gave me the opportunity to work at prestigious venues throughout the UK. Moving to Australia this continued across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. This experience rewarded me with three Age Good Food Guide Chef Hats.
